  • PATENT POLICY
  • Members are entitled to use technologies developed by PUCC royalty free. PUCC policy allows individual members to protect their intellectual property rights and there is no obligation to offer to external companies royalty free use of technology developed within the PUCC. In the event that a PUCC member’s patented technology is used by the consortium or consortium members, fair price licensing arrangements (RAND) will be entered into. Additionally, technology developed within the PUCC may be used royalty free by PUCC members.

  • ※ Admission Fee and Annual Fee are free for Fellow Membership.
