PUCC Activities List


PUCC Activities:

PUCC was established in April, 2005 with the support of universities (e.g. Kyoto University, Keio University and Shizuoka University) and companies (e.g. Ericsson, NTT DoCoMo, NTT EAST, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Epson and Sharp).

1. PUCC Specifications

[3] PUCC Specifications Release 3 was developed and publically available, in April, 2015.

[2] PUCC Specifications Release 2 was developed in March, 2010

[1] PUCC Specifications Release 1 was developed in March, 2008.

2. PUCC Technology Demonstrations at Exhibitions

[5] Demonstration at CeBIT 2010 with the support of JETRO.

[4] Demonstration at CeBIT 2009 with the support of JETRO.

[3] Demonstration at Mobile World Congress (MWC 2009) with the support of NTT INC.

[2] Demonstration at CES 2009 with the support of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

[1] Demonstration at Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2008) with the support of TOSHIBA Corporation.

3. International Conferences

[4] PUCC organized a special session at 9th IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference, CCNC 2012, January 2012.

[2] PUCC organized a special session at 7th IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference, CCNC 2010, January 2010.

4. International Standardization

[3] PUCC Specifications were adopted as the base specifications for Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Converged Personal Area Network Service (CPNS) 1.0, in October, 2012.

[2] PUCC has established the liaison relationship with OMA, in 2010.

[1] PUCC has established the liaison relationship with Continua Healthcare Alliance, in 2009.
